Hi, I'm Jadon Taylor, a Corpus Christi-based photographer serving the Coastal Bend, including Rockport, Port Aransas, Portland, and surrounding South Texas communities. Since 2016, I've specialized in editorial photography, fashion photography, family portraits, corporate headshots, and commercial brand work for clients ranging from local families to national brands.
My philosophy is that great photography happens where artistic vision meets technical precision. I'm highly proficient in off-camera lighting and professional strobe setups, which means I can deliver polished, dramatic images in any environment. I pair that expertise with the Fujifilm GFX 100 II and GFX 100RF — medium format cameras renowned for their resolution, color science, and dynamic range. I invest in the best equipment and techniques so you can relax, knowing your images will have that rare, high-end finish that stands the test of time.
Beyond the client work, I'm a working artist in the truest sense. My personal projects span food photography, fashion editorials, and street work — driven by a genuine curiosity about light, texture, and the stories people carry with them. Photography found me in 2016 and never really let go, and that obsession is what I bring to every shoot, whether it's a family session on the beach or a campaign for a national brand. When the work is good, you feel it — and that standard is something I hold myself to long after the invoice is paid.
Over the years, my lens has found its way into nearly every corner of the Coastal Bend and beyond — from intimate local favorites like Boarri Craft, Manami Bakery, and Origami Sushi to regional institutions like HEB and the Texas Chef Association. I've collaborated with fashion and jewelry brands like Tory Burch, Tula Blue Jewelry, and Jones & Jones Modeling Agency; documented artists and makers like Cat Huss, Sonia Ortega, and Sky Stiles; and brought visual identity to restaurants, distilleries, farms, and nonprofits including Nueces Whiskey Library, Edelen Farms, and Delta Waterfowl Association. Whether the brief calls for editorial storytelling, brand narrative, or something in between, I've had the privilege of doing it — and I bring that breadth of experience to every new project I take on.
